Do you love your dog, but don't love the stress?
-
Anxious about your dog barking, lunging, or snapping at people or other dogs?
-
Sad because your dog is afraid of everything?
-
Concerned that your dog won't be able to get the care they need because they hate the vet?
-
Worried that your world is shrinking because of your dog's separation anxiety?
Whether you:
-
have tried everything — books, courses, other trainers, board and train — yet you and your dog are still struggling...
-
feel overwhelmed and aren't sure where to even begin...
You're not alone.
Your effort isn't the problem. And neither is your dog.

"I was at the point where i thought [Molly] might have to be rehoused because i just couldnt stop the bad behavior. I found Rhiannon and what a difference. I call her my dog whisperer because her soft and gentle tone gets results everytime."

"Rhiannon changed everything for us. She helped us work through reactivity, leash pulling, jumping, herding behaviors, and most importantly, confidence building—for both my dog and me. She took the time to truly understand my Border Collie as an individual and gave guidance that felt realistic, compassionate, and empowering."

"With only a few sessions, his abilities to accept new people and places is amazing. Opie would get concerned and tense with anything new. We now are able to go the golf course and the park without him getting unset."
Your Efforts & Your Dog Have Never Been The Problem
Your dog isn't a bad dog. And you're not a bad guardian. You've just been speaking different languages. With so much information out there, it can be hard to know exactly what's true or what to do.
Imagine having your very own professor to guide you.
As your "pawfessor," I'll help you trade stress for relief and help your dog fit seamlessly into your life.
Because you and your dog deserve training that works, lasts, and feels good.

Meet Your Pawfessor
My name is Dr. Rhiannon Sandoval
I cried everyday for a whole month when I first brought home my rescue Rottweiler, Klaus. From pulling on the leash to reactivity to separation anxiety to not being housebroken, I was at a breaking point. I decided he was stuck with me, so it was time to get to work.
As a PhD in Geophysics, I shifted my research and problem-solving focus to canine behavior to help Klaus and my other dogs overcome a variety of problems and learn important life skills.
Understanding firsthand how sad, frustrating, and expensive it can be to live with troubled and uneducated dogs, I knew I had to share my knowledge with others. It has been beyond amazing to help so many other dog guardians and their dogs find confidence and peace in their lives together.

How Canis Fidelis Is Different:

Results-Based Programs
Most dog trainers offer packages of lessons — kids don't learn all crucial life skills after 10 days at school. Your dog shouldn't be expected to either. And you shouldn't be financially penalized for needing more time to get the results you and your dog are capable of. So, all of my programs are entirely results-based — no counting number of lessons.

Full-Picture Approach
It takes a village to raise a dog. That's why I will help your family get on the same page, be available for your dog sitter if they need help, and check in with your dog walker to make sure you and your dog have a solid team behind you.

Long-Term Support
You can get lifetime support for your pup to ensure training doesn't slip over time, and for peace of mind should anything new come up in the future - like a new pet, kid, or house. If your dog lives to be 15 years old, you'll have me on call that whole time.
